Seán
Cronin is a Trance DJ/Produce from Co Cork, Ireland. He’s been into Electronic music from as long as he can remember,
listening to the likes of The Prodigy and Tony De Vit from an early age. He got his first set of decks at the age of 14 playing
Hard House and Trance and plays at a regular Trance night in his home town called “Peakvision”.
After
years of hammering away on the decks in his room teaching himself how to mix he became fascinated with the structure and sound
of each track and was curious as to how they were made. It was only after seeing a video of The Prodigy live and watching
Liam Howlett behind the mountain of gear on stage did he tell himself thats what he wanted to do in life. It gave him the
drive he needed to get into Music Production.
Producing for 6 years now he earned himself a Diploma in 2004 for
Sound Engineering and Music Technology in The Sound Training Centre, Dublin. Its only since the end of 2007 has he been producing
Trance after falling in love with it from going to events such as Global gathering and Hi-Fi! After having the Privilege of
working with one of Trance’s finest Artists, “Steve Morley”, he has gone on to earn himself several releases
on Labels such as Nukleuz and Massive Drive recordings.
2009 sees Seán go strength for strength for a more
tougher Trance/Tech sound, Influenced by the likes of Marcel Woods, Sander Van Doorn and John O’ Callaghan.
His lates track called "Sabotage" is out now on the amazing Massive Drive Records. Also available is the banging
remix by Trance Legends "Three Drives".
